After spending over 7 years working with the United States Customs service and freight forwarding, Rossalyn left the corporate world to pursue her dreams in Real Estate.
As the supervising team leader, she has learned first-hand what customer service is all about. Her clientele spent millions of dollars shipping exotic decor overseas and as the leader of the Primeaux Team, it is with this same deep-seeded enthusiasm for excellence in customer service that Rossalyn conducts her real estate business.
For her, it's all about excellence, communication, follow up, and doing the job right the first time. She handles high net worth real estate investors and her experience with big business helps her identify great investment opportunities for her clients from all over the world.
In her spare time Rossalyn is committed in serving her community through Helping Hands of Champions and enjoys spending time with her Husband, Kirt Primeaux, and their three precious children.
After completing studies at Stephen F. Austin University, Kirt came on board to oversee Sales/Marketing for Treadstone Realty Group. It wasn’t long before his hard work landed him partnership in the firm. Teaming up with the Managing Partner and Broker Colton Hutchins, they have led their highly talented team of sales associates and customer service personnel to the highest levels of excellence which epitomizes Treadstone.
Kirt has been a HAR TOP Producing Agent for the last four years and his production numbers put him in the top 1% for number of sales.out of 25,000 Realtors in the Houston area. He is an active Realtor® specializing in REO Assets and Short Sales for some of the world's largest financial institutions as well as many other banks and loan servicing companies.
Residing in North Houston, Kirt is a dedicated husband and father of three who treasures spending time with his family and close friends as well as serving his community through the Helping Hands of Champions.
Tara Waggoner is a graduate of Columbia College, with a BS in Marketing Management. Tara has worked in the real estate industry for over 10 years and has demonstrated leadership skills and superior service to her clients. Tara came on board at Treadstone Realty Group over a year ago working with The Primeaux Team and has quickly became a Top Producing force within our firm. Her dedication to her clients, attention to detail, and work ethic makes her an exceptional asset to our team.
It is in her immense knowledge as a Luxury Home and Master Planned Community Specialist that she helps clients learn how to "showcase" their homes for higher profits and short-term sales. Clients who have worked with Tara describe her as knowledgeable, dedicated, and most certainly caring. Her clients appreciate her positive attitude, persistence, integrity, and willingness to go the extra mile on their behalf. Tara listens to and understands the unique needs and desires of each of her clients. Her integrity and ability to follow through make her a sought after professional.
Tara resides in the Galleria area and concentrates her market knowledge to the inner loop of Houston. Tara is a devoted Christian, mother and community volunteer.
